Happy to be sharing, in this wonderful community of which I am flattered to be a part. For this occasion, I bring you something different. When I have the opportunity, and I try to do it often, I pamper my senses through digital art and poetry. It strengthens my health, frees my mind, reduces stress, stimulates creativity, and generates well-being.

Our brain needs constant exercise, and what better way to stimulate it than through the activities we like? In this way we keep it in shape, and actively promote its functioning, benefiting learning and strengthening our memory. In short, it is exquisitely therapeutic, an elixir for the senses.

When I make collage, there is nothing premeditated, I look at the blank canvas and allow ideas to ramble and flow, it gives substance and fun to the process. Images begin to appear and flutter, and little by little like a jigsaw puzzle the pieces come closer to each other, and join together.

I met this digital art technique in Hive and this is where I have taken my steps, thanks to Hive. It is exciting for me the whole creative process and how great it is to generate something new, with the combination of different elements.

With its practice I have obtained considerable benefits, it enriches my emotions and strengthens my confidence (I only draw stick figures), it is an excellent activity that in its versatility increases my attention and the most important thing is that I have a lot of fun.
