Greetings friends of #Hive, #Liketu and #SWC. Today I want to share with you a small push-up routine that I did in my room. Lately I have felt very tired and exhausted after leaving work and that is why it is difficult for me to go to the bars to train, also the weather has been another impediment, because all these days it has been raining frequently. Today, as soon as I left work, I headed to my room with the goal of training before fatigue and discouragement dragged me to bed. Although it was not such a long routine and I only focused on doing push-ups, I am happy for the simple fact that I met my goal and overcame both fatigue and discouragement. This time the routine consisted of 3 series of 10 open push-ups, 8 neutral and 6 closed.
