A yacht that reproduces the city of Monaco
"Street of Monaco" is a yacht project created just like the city of Monaco and the mythical Formula 1 race it hosts each year. An immeasurable project ...
"Street of Monaco" is the first concept imagined by the design agency Yacht Island Design. Recreating the Mediterranean Principality, it draws its inspiration from the mythical Formula 1 Grand Prix held every year. The tracks of the race have been reproduced to be functional and accommodate three cars side by side. It was the dimensions of the tracks that gave the final dimension to the yacht and which defined the placement of the famous monuments of the Rock. The interior spaces were also modeled on the Monegasque atmosphere.
The Oasis, space of swimming pools and relaxation
"The Oasis" is located at the back of the boat and serves as a boarding point. This gigantic space is based on the design of the gardens that are outside the casino of Monaco. What draws the eye in this space are the infinity pools installed upstairs and whose waterfalls fall into the lower pool, which acts as a jacuzzi. All around the pool are scattered shrubs and massive landscaped and a seating area has been arranged a little further. Hundreds of windows surround the "Oasis" space, creating a natural skylight.
On the ground floor there is also the spa which offers guests a salon of manicure and hairdresser, private massage cabins, a sauna and a large relaxation lounge with whirlpool bath and bar. On either side of the spa entrance are marble staircases and large elevators that lead to the mezzanine with its café bar and views of the gardens. Outside, the main pool is bordered by a wall of windows that allows for underwater viewing.
In this space is also a gym with a breathtaking view of the ocean and a corridor that serves as a gateway to the space of the "Grand Atrium".
The "Grand Atrium", a space dedicated to rest and leisure
The "Great Atrium" is the central point of the boat, connecting the upper and lower living spaces. In the center, a large spiral staircase provides access to the floor where a small cafe bar allows you to relax comfortably. On the ground floor of the "Grand Atrium" are the seven suites that vary in size. The smallest measures 135 m2 and the VIP suites measure up to 356 m2. All have their own reception room, bathroom, dressing room, bedroom and balcony. VIP suites are equipped with a desk.
On the same floor are the library, a common office, the cinema and a large terrace. Entertainment venues are also integrated in the "Grand Atrium": a cigar cellar, a wine cellar, a dining room, a casino and a discotheque. At the other end is the owner's apartment.
Connected to all the decks by a private elevator, it is spread over three floors. It has a total surface of 1 460 m2, has a living room with fireplace and a double height under ceiling, an office, a bedroom, a bathroom, a dressing room, and a music room, a private courtyard open on the sky, veranda and many balconies and terraces with jacuzzi and pool.
