Un grupo de personas de alta sociedad, malcriados y arrogantes, van a este lujoso restaurante en una isla, en donde planean degustar del menú más costoso y exquisito. En este restaurante solo aceptan un Máximo de 12 personas, allí se encuentran Margot y Tayler (alguien capaz de morir por la comida). Sin embargo, poco a poco comienzan a notar que no están allí por elección propia, ya que todo estaba más que premeditado.
Tayler aparenta amar la cocina, este arte, entender y saborear cada parte, pero en realidad termina siendo un fracaso, este era el único que sabía en qué terminaría el menú, pero gracias a que no podía reservar para uno solo y su novia lo termino, contrata a Margot, condenándola a este horrible destino.
El chef sabía quienes eran los que ese día iban a visitar ese restaurante, un montón de personas que se creen con más poder que cualquiera, ambiciosos, enfermos y egoístas, por eso cuando llega Margot no estaba en los planes, ella no pertenecía ahí.
Cada plato representa una parte importante de la película, ya que cada uno es como un nivel a cumplir hasta llegar a su objetivo final.
Ostras crudas con Mignonette
Aquí se demuestra la clara desigualdad qué hay entre Margot y los demás comensales, en especial con Tyler.

La isla
Con este plato el chef nos explica que los comensales no son lo importante, que lo importante es la naturaleza misma, que nos llena de sabores, perfectos para degustar sin la necesidad de ser preparados (aquí vemos que tiene el mismo pensar que Margot)
Plato de Pan sin Pan
Aquí digamos que ya todo comienza a ponerse extraño, el chef les sirve seis condimentos pero nada más, ya que el Pan es una comida de “Pobres” y los condimentos y aderezos de la clase alta.
Memoria
Este es uno de mis favoritos, la manera en que sirvieron las inofensivas tortillas con sus más oscuros secretos.
Devastación
Aquí ya nos damos cuenta que no hay salvación, ya que la presentación de este plato comienza con el suicidio de un chef, este se dispara en la boca frente a todos los comensales causándole ahora si mucho pánico y dudas de si es real o no.
Limpiador del paladar
Aquí el Chef asesina al dueño del restaurante, al cual culpa de quitarle el amor por la cocina, ya que solo lo volvió una explotación laboral sin sentimientos más que la presión, agonía y estrés.
El Capricho del Hombre
Aquí aparentemente les da la opción a los hombres de escapar, pero en realidad lo que quieren que sientan es lo horrible que vive la mujer diariamente al sentirse asechada y perseguida, ya que obviamente no van a escapar.
La mierda de Tyler
Aquí nos damos cuenta que Tyler es una farsa, que finge saber de comida para subir su ego, para sentirse único e importante, pero a la hora de preparar un plato no tiene ni idea de lo que hace. (Este plato no estaba previsto)
Hamburguesa con Queso
De igual manera, este plato no estaba en el Menú, este lo pide Margot y por alguna razón termina siendo el más importante De la noche, ya que eso chef lo prepara el mismo con mucha pasión y amor por la comida.
El final del Menú: Smore
Aquí simplemente los comensales se convierten en los ingredientes, nadie de allí logra salvarse, ni los que sirven, ni los que toman, todos están condenados al mismo destino, con tal y depurar el sistema corrupto.

Spoiler Alert
Sin duda esta película en todo momento me dejo con la boca abierta, es una película que te obliga a no despegar tu mirada de la pantalla, no te puedes perder ni un segundo de ella, me causó pánico, me causó ansiedad y hasta pesadillas 🙈(no es broma) de lo real y fuerte que se siente todo, da una vibra sombría muy fuerte.
Las actuaciones son buenísimas, Anya Taylor-Joy tiene un don para las interpretaciones de este estilo, sus expresiones quedan perfectas, por otra parte el Chef interpretado por Ralph Fiennes que nos deja ver que no es solo un chef loco, que tiene un trasfondo que no conocemos y que por eso se vuelve compulsivo.
El final es lo que nos dijeron, todos mueren menos Margot, tal vez porque ella no debo estar allí o porque gracias a su cuestionamiento logró escapar. La manera en que poco a poco la cena se va poniendo más perturbadora cada que llega un nuevo plato, el como revelan los secretos de cada uno a través de los tacos, es una película muy original.

Without a doubt, this film left me open-mouthed at all times, it is a film that forces you not to take your eyes off the screen, you cannot miss a second of it, it caused me panic, anxiety and even nightmares 🙈 (no kidding) from how real and strong everything feels, it gives off a very strong gloomy vibe.
The performances are great, Anya Taylor-Joy has a gift for interpretations of this style, her expressions are perfect, on the other hand the Chef played by Ralph Fiennes who lets us see that He's not just a crazy chef, who has a background we don't know about and that's why he becomes compulsive.
The end is what they told us, everyone dies except Margot, maybe because she shouldn't be there or because thanks to her questioning she managed to escape. The way in which dinner gradually becomes more disturbing each time a new dish arrives, how they reveal each other's secrets through the tacos, is a very original film.
