La rosca de reyes es una especie de Dona Gigante (o por lo menos las que he probado aqu铆 鉂わ笍), y lo digo porque es un pan de masa dulce y suave. rellena de nata montada o alguna crema, aunque ya hay variaciones y lo rellenan con lo que m谩s se les provoque, esta rosca est谩 decorada con frutas confitadas o caramelizadas y por dentro tiene alguna sorpresa, la tradicion dice que al que le salga esta sorpresa le toca comprar la rosca el a帽o siguiente. Nosotros ya varios a帽os la com铆amos, pero hasta este a帽o comenzamos a tomar en serio lo de a quien le sale la sorpresa (que en esta ocasi贸n fue un vaca de juguete, otros a帽os sal铆an chocolates o dulces peque帽os) para que el siguiente d铆a de reyes la compre, por suerte no me quedo a mi jajaja 鉂わ笍
The rosca de reyes is a kind of Giant Donut (or at least the ones I have tried here 鉂わ笍), and I say this because it is a sweet and soft dough bread. Filled with whipped cream or some cream, although there are already variations and they fill it with whatever they want, this rosca is decorated with candied or caramelized fruits and inside it has a surprise, tradition says that whoever gets this surprise has to buy the rosca the following year.
