I love it when I can make a meal with all ingredients coming from the garden. Today's dinner was such an occasion.

As you can see, I had a big salad and a mixed veggie dish.

Here are the ingredients for the cooked part of the meal.

From left to right:

horseradish leaves

yellow and red fingerling potatoes

snap peas and some spinach below

radish seed pods above

onion

spinach

broccoli (second growth)

I heated some coconut oil in a cast-iron pan and added curry powder - both not from my garden. Then, I added the onions and potatoes and let them cook for a bit. When the potatoes were almost done, I added the rest of the ingredients and cooked everything for a bit more. Done. So yummy!!

On to the salad

I harvested the whole head of lettuce since it was about to shoot. this happens when it gets hot. Then, lettuce wants to make seeds. When the weather is still cool, I just keep harvesting the outer leaves and let the rest grow.

I have been growing microgreens outside and cut a bunch. They are a mix of radish, broccoli, mung bean, and alfalfa greens.

salad dressed with olive oil (not from the garden) and juice of one lemon.

Of course, I needed some dessert. Fresh Mulberries picked 10 minutes before.

And here is the harvest
