Looking for ingredients to make Hallacas

¡Feliz miércoles! Una de las cosas que más me gusta de la época decembrina es poder disfrutar de su deliciosa comida típica, especialmente las hallacas, aunque debo aclarar que me gusta toda la comida que tenga que ver con la navidad, sin embargo, las hallacas son lo que más espero de estas fechas porque aunque quisiera poder comerlas durante el año no es si no hasta diciembre que logro comerlas.

One of the things I like most about the Christmas season is being able to enjoy its delicious typical food, especially the hallacas, although I must clarify that I like all food that has to do with Christmas, however, the hallacas are what I expect more from these dates because although I would like to be able to eat them during the year, it is not until December that I can eat them.

Cada año nos reunimos en casa de mis suegros para elaborar las hallacas pero este año quiero hacer algunas en mi casa y vivir esa experiencia de hacer mis propias hallacas, es por eso que apenas vi que en el supermercado comenzaron a vender los ingredientes hice mi lista y comencé a comprar poco a poco para ir reuniendolos y hacer mis hallacas este año. He comprado algunas cosas de la lista y me faltan otras cuantas pero ya me he adelantado bastante y estoy ansiosa de hacer hallacas pero sobre todo de comerlas.

Every year we meet at my in-laws' house to make the hallacas but this year I want to make some at home and live that experience of making my own hallacas, that's why as soon as I saw that the supermarket started selling the ingredients I made my list. and I started buying little by little to gather them and make my hallacas this year. I have bought some things on the list and I am missing a few others but I am already quite far ahead and I am eager to make hallacas but above all to eat them.
