How the world is changing day by day & where are we going:
I got 59% in my 10th board, my Papa felt happy... Atleast pass to hua... I got a brand new Hero cycle as a gift... The value of that bicycle for me that time was more than a car of today.
My daughter got 95% in 10th.. we felt happy, but were just normal...
Because, the benchmark is changing day by day, so the expectations.
Today I was in annual function of my younger daughter, a class 9th student now. I had privilege to meet few Jr Kg kids... Ideally I shouldn't say them kids but young chaps....
If I compare their attitude & confidence level, it seemed far better than a college student at present...
Now, I have answer, why fresh college pass-outs are paid more now a days compared to old people in system...
For experienced people, knowledge updation is the demand of time. If not, new generation will take you over within a fraction of second & you won't be having any option left other than cursing the system.
