Sorry my phone was not functioning that time and I was trying to publish it around 10pm but I won't publish. That's why I exit the app and tried to publish it again at 11pm and the draft was still there that's why I wasn't able see that it was already published an hour ago since if that was the case, the draft won't be there. Sorry for the inconvenience, I'll double check next time.
