Buckwheat dumplings

4 cups buckwheat flour steamed 2 cups of hot boiled milk, stir to avoid lumps, add salt.

RUB through a sieve 2 to 3 pounds (1 pound - about 400 grams) of curd grind with 2 eggs and 1 pinch of salt. The mold arms of the rocking chair test, cut it into pieces, of which roll out flat cakes from which to mold the dumplings.
