In reality, the world needs many people who are committed to what belongs to them and to their environment; as well as empathy towards people who can transform spaces into pleasant places, you also did it in due course when you lived the experience of Deans in our highest house of studies, Central University of Venezuela, and now you continue to do so as a good neighbor from a community that sees him improving his environment every day. You, I and so many others come from the great family school, where the home was the most precious sacred place that we had for our formation. En realidad en el mundo hacen falta muchas personas comprometidas con lo que les pertenece y con su entorno; así como la empatía hacia la gente que puede transformar los espacios en lugares agradables, Usted también lo hizo en su debido momento cuando vivió la experiencia de Decano en nuestra máxima casa de estudios, Universidad Central de Venezuela, y ahora lo sigue haciendo como buen vecino de una comunidad que lo ve a diario mejorando su ambiente. Usted, yo y tantos otros vinimos de la gran escuela familiar, donde el hogar era el recinto sagrado mas preciado que tuvimos para nuestra formación. Gracias por su amistad y por todo el apoyo que me ha brindado en estos momentos donde mi salud se ha visto comprometida, Gracias doy a Dios por usted y por tanta gente buena que me demuestran su afecto.
