Hey guys, this is my homepage, so I have to say something about myself. Sometimes it is hard to introduce yourself because you know yourself so well that you do not know where to start with. Let me give a try to see what kind of image you have about me through my self-description. I hope that my impression about myself and your impression about me are not so different. Here it goes.
My name is Mark Adrah, l'm 26 years old and from Africa Ghana to be precise l stand 6 ft 4 inches tall, l'm a gym freak/enthusiast/instructor/entrepreneur l love spending time working and molding my physique to look better and be in good shape. l'm the type of person who wont just eat anything as the saying goes you are what you eat. I take a lot of pride in being myself. I'm comfortable with who I am, if you don't find me at the gym l'm either at pool side relaxing or playing video games at home, that's basically me........shout outs to this guy for introducing me to steemit @joshuaatiemo
