Recently on Instagram I had seen a fashion trend of twinning by wearing the same outfit as someone else. I thought this was an interesting photo idea to see how someone who has the same outfit as you would wear it and how they would style it. I have even seen some people twinning with their friends or their mother, though I don’t think my mum would want to wear any clothes I like :(
However, when I looked at my wardrobe the clothes I have are not the ones that are popular even in the style that I have, I don’t have the popular dresses. Instead I decided to make my own twist on this idea and looked for a doll I could twin with instead since I enjoy collecting porcelain dolls and Barbie dolls. I’m not very knowledgeable on dolls, I just enjoy them aesthetically and being knowledgeable on the different types of dolls would only fuel my shopping problem lol
It was harder than I had imagined to find a doll which would match my outfit exactly so I tried to make my make up matching and expression of the doll. I had tried to curl my hair too but that didn’t work but I think the twinning effect is good enough.
