Sigo construyendo una mejor versión de mi y por eso continuo capacitandome en estos maravillosos talleres de crecimiento personal que día a día me llenan de conocimiento, confianza y fuerza, en esta ocasión el tema fue 'El Amor Fuerza Universal', dónde trabajamos el amor desde el punto de vista de herramienta mas alla de sentimiento y fue algo fantástico que hoy compartire con ustedes!

I continue to build a better version of me and that is why I continue training in these wonderful workshops of personal growth that every day fill me with knowledge, confidence and strength, this time the theme was 'Love Universal Force', where we work love from the point of view of tool beyond feeling and it was something fantastic that today I will share with you!
This workshop was held at the facilities of the Cillero, in the city of Cumana-Venezuela 🇻🇪, again by the hand of Professor Rodolfo Martinez, it is always a pleasure to receive knowledge and listen to the strategies and experiences of this teacher, the course started promptly at 9 am with quite striking and colorful audiovisual material. I went in the company of my husband and it was a very interesting 4 hours full of learning.
During the workshop we talked about love, about the windows that love opens for us, about how powerful it is as a tool to overcome and achieve a better version of oneself, we also inquired into the importance of self-love as a basis for achieving our goals and dreams, we also heard experiences about how love transforms lives, it was certainly wonderful the first block of the workshop.
Luego pasamos a un coffeebreak donde disfrutamos de un exquisito café con leche y galletas, además de una amena conversación entre amigos porque todos los miembros de la academia hemos desarrollado una linda amistad que espero perdure en el tiempo!
Al terminar el break continuamos con el taller, en este bloque tuvimos varias dinámicas donde debíamos representar que significa el amor en nuestras vidas, además recibimos un lindo obsequio que era un chocolate con una tarjeta que tenía un mensaje muy bello! 💖
Then we went to a coffee break where we enjoyed a delicious coffee with milk and cookies, plus a pleasant conversation among friends because all members of the academy have developed a nice friendship that I hope will last in time!
At the end of the break we continued with the workshop, in this block we had several dynamics where we had to represent what love means in our lives, we also received a nice gift which was a chocolate with a card that had a very beautiful message! 💖
Estos talleres cada vez son más y más interesantes, me encanta como en cada encuentro voy descubriendo y aprendiendo más sobre mi, definitivamente es algo que me apasiona y que seguiré haciendo hasta lograr esa versión de mi que tanto anhelo! These workshops are becoming more and more interesting, I love how at each meeting I discover and learn more about myself, it is definitely something that I am passionate about and I will continue to do until I achieve that version of me that I long for!
