A guy named Gerald Cotten founded a Canadian exchange house, raised millions of dollars from clients who wanted to bet on the type of investment, stored everything in a "cold wallet" - a kind of savings that, for security, is not connected to the Internet - protected all with a password just he knew ... but he died.

Now, the exchange own $ 190 million. The exchange house's website went out of business and the company filed a petition protecting the creditor to deal with what they called "liquidity problems."
