One thing I appreciate from this lockdown exercise is the opportunity to try new things. What better time than now, to learn and try right? But that is also much thanks to technology and the existence of free tutorials by many who passionately share their knowledge.
After folding the laundry, my tastebuds were itchy and I decided to try making brownie for dessert and fish curry for dinner. Brownie was quite easy to make but my pan was too big for the batter and it turned out really flat. The fish curry was too rich with some ingredients and lacking of some others. Nevermind, at least I got the feel and I will try again.
