A day of rest, suppose to be. After blunch and folding the laundry, we watched Braveheart again after many years since its release in 1995. The story of William Wallace, a Scottish rebel. The movie was directed by Mel Gibson himself and was one of his best epic movie I think. I love the movie soundtrack with the sounds of bagpipes and flutes.
For dinner, I decided to try making fish balls which didn’t turn out that well, though still edible. It was too soft and lacked texture but the taste was alright. The process took a good 3 hours but think it needed more time to knead the fish meat for the texture to appear, just like a bread or noodle dough. Will try again the next time.
