Priscus Attalus

Attalus was born in 382. The full name of Attalus is Priscus Attalus. Attalus became emperor of the Roman state in 409.

Attalus was declared a Roman emperor in the city of Rome in 409. Attalus has repaid money in his name. But the Roman soldiers supported Honorius. Thus, in 410, Attalus resigned from his post of empire.

Attalus agreed with the Visigoths in 414. And Attalus was proclaimed emperor of the Roman state by the Visigoths. At the same time, Attalus is in France. Attalus tried to go to Rome with the Vizigot army.
