Constantius is a magnificent imperor. Constantius accepted Christianity and became the first Christian emperor of the Roman state. But pagans in Rome opposed it. Constantius then left Rome.
And Constantius built Costantinopolis. And Constantius built the Byzantine empire. Constantius received all the persecuted Christians under state protection. And Constantius gave many rights to Christians.
Constantius, however, enriched Eastern Rome. Constantius paid particular attention to farming.
Constantius died in 306.
