François also gave importance to literature. François multiplied many literary works and made them distributed throughout France. François has set up many new factories in the industrial area and has increased the economic strength of France.
François became an alliance with the Ottoman state. Trade agreements between France and the Ottoman Empire were signed. But François opened wars against England and Germany. And François lost these battles.
François passed away in 1547.
