That first cover photo is from a couple days ago but it's so Le Chat, I just thought it was perfect to start a Caturday post. That face...
Anyways, yesterday wasn't too different from any other work day. We checked out on Le Chat multiple times. She didn't move too much from that spot on the deck out back.
But Kaia told her she couldn't just stay lazy like that and it was time for a walk.
So of course, after a little more time in the yard, we headed towards the small forest behind the front yard.
We didn't go very far inside the forest because rain started. I hadn't checked the forecast, if I had known, we could have started our daily walk earlier.
The rain slowly got heavier, and I saw thunderstorms were on their way.
Le Chat was like, should we stay out there?
But she had a better idea, and just a few minutes later, she was all comfy in the bedroom.
That was probably not what Kaia wanted to do, but she understood that was probably the best while it rained.
We went for a few more short walks later at night before more thunderstorms rolled in. But that was about it for the day's activities.
It's lucky I had a few long phone calls during the day to rack up some steps, at least I could get to almost 13k, which means close to 20k in real steps now that Actifit is so bad a counting.
