Hey Actifitters,
We're taking it easy this week. I thought it would be a couple of transition days, maybe it will be a week. The rainy weather yesterday didn't help either. But in the afternoon, we waited for a break in the rain to go for our long walk with Kaia.
Le Chat watched us leaving, almost as if she wanted to join. But I'm pretty sure she wouldn't do well on a leash...
Because of the weather and flooded trails, we completely switched the order of our walk, and started around the edge of the forest.
That lead us to a different entrance where the trails were much drier. The constructions are all still there, in case you weren't sure.
Even though the forecast indicated we still had more than one hour before it started raining again, the clouds were getting really dark.
Even Kaia seemed on edge. Even if she's not really scared of it, the loud thunder did worry her apparently.
So we didn't stay much longer near the forest. We went back in, just to cross to the other entrance, closer to home.
It was a good idea, because we weren't home yet when the rain arrived. And just minutes after we made it home, it turned into very heavy rain!
Like I said, a more relaxed week, with lower step counts. But it should still be sufficient to pass all the bars for
