Hey Actifitters,
Pretty good weather yesterday with some sun and chilly temperatures. So as often, our activities started in the yard where Kaia really had fun playing fetch. Not sure where Le Chat was, probably sleeping somewhere.
Just like the day before, we were able to start our long walk of the day with plenty of daylight. We started just behind the fence in the small forest.
It was once again too tempting to try and catch the sunset. So before we went to our usual forest, we headed West. It was a bit earlier than usual, but the view was really cool!
For once, we reached the first good view points before the sun disappeared behind this annoying building.
But you guessed it, we also went North, along the golf course fence to catch additional views.
The clouds enhanced the great colors in the sky.
Like I said, it was a bit earlier, so we took our time for a few detours in the neighborhood to catch a couple Cubiverse vaults and meet the locals. Kaia couldn't resist and scared them off but we met them several times.
After one last view of the sunset, we started in the direction of the forest.
But first we said hello to our tree friend and all its leaves.
Finally the forest! I was surprised we didn't meet anybody there with such a good weather.
That means more off-leash time for Kaia and great time on the empty trails for me! And even a little bit of off-trail exploration!
It was time for our usual detour outside the forest for Cubiverse vaults. The sunset residual colors were a nice bonus.
We were back to the trails before it got too dark, to enjoy the forest a little bit more.
And after a couple more miles in the neighborhood, we were back home. With the very cloudy weather as of late, we hadn't seen the Moon in a while. So this first sighting was nice.
Unfortunately in the evening I had to work a bit, since last week wasn't very efficient. I finished late, and adding a little TV catch up, it made for another very late night. We're used to it unfortunately.
