EN/ES Aurora boreal en Escocia

Hace unas semanas🌙 , tuve la increíble oportunidad de ver las auroras boreales por primera vez, ¡desde la cima de Calton Hill en Edimburgo!

A few weeks ago, I had the incredible opportunity to see the Northern Lights for the first time, right from the top of Calton Hill in Edinburgh!

Al principio, estábamos un poco decepcionadas. Aunque logramos capturar algunos destellos en la pantalla del móvil, las luces aún no eran visibles a simple vista. Esperamos pacientemente, soportando el frío, y justo cuando estábamos a punto de rendirnos, ¡el cielo se iluminó! Con tonos verdes y rojos en el horizonte, fue increíble!😍

At first, we were a bit disappointed. Though we could capture hints of it on our phone screens, the lights weren’t yet visible to the naked eye. We waited patiently, braving the chill, and just as we were about to give up, the sky came alive! Colours greens and reds appeared across the horizon. It was amazing!😍

Logré tomar algunas fotos, pero saben? ninguna cámara puede capturar la magia de verlo en persona. Me sentí muy afortunada de presenciar este increíble fenómeno. Ver las auroras boreales había sido un sueño para mí durante años, ¡y fue aún más hermoso de lo que imaginaba!

I managed to snap a few photos, but you know? no camera can really capture the magic of seeing it in person. I felt so lucky to witness this rare phenomenon. Seeing the Northern Lights had been on my bucket list for years, and it was even more beautiful than I’d imagined!
