Buen día amigo, este tema es muy delicado, tengo entendido que cuando se habla de construcción en suelo ajeno, todo daño que se genere al dueño del suelo debe ser reparado por el que esta construyendo. Otro punto importante es que todo lo que ahí se construye pasa a ser propiedad del dueño del suelo, mientras no se demuestre lo contrario. Espero que solucione de la mejor manera este problema.
