Hola amigas y amigos de Street Workout Community (SWC), en esta oportunidad comparto con ustedes un poco de lo que fue los vs de básicos entre mis compañeros de calistenia, participaron los atletas que son disciplinados con los entrenamientos básicos de la calistenia, acá en mi ciudad los atletas que entrenan en el parque donde yo práctico, son bastante disciplinados y organizados.

Street Workout
- Los atletas de mi ciudad son bastante disciplinados y organizados con sus entrenamientos, tenemos la costumbre de hacer vs organizados por nosostros mismos para creo una rivalidad amistoso que nos motivar a mejorar para ser mejor. Eso nos da un insentivo para ser mejor y seguir entrenando, es muy importante para nosotros, no dejar de entrenar y cuidarnos mucho, es algo que nos ayuda mucho ser mejor persona porque así como somos responsables y disciplinados con los entrenamientos lo somos con nuestra vida.
- I The athletes in my city are very disciplined and organized with their training, we have the habit of doing vs. organized by ourselves to create a friendly rivalry that motivates us to improve to be better. That gives us an incentive to be better and continue training, it is very important for us, not to stop training and take care of ourselves, it is something that helps us a lot to be a better person because just as we are responsible and disciplined with training we are with our life.
