Hola amigas y amigos de Street Workout Community (SWC), en esta oportunidad comparto con ustedes algunas fotografías que saque en un día de mi entrenamiento donde practiqué algunas técnicas de estático como la full plancha que es mi favorita la parada de mano con una sola mano, el front lever entre otras. Le llamo estáticos suave por qué son trucos que domino y los ejecutó con variantes para crear dificultad y dominarlos aún más, ha eso le llamo un entrenamiento suave porque solo práctico las técnicas y habilidades que ya tengo solo para perfeccionar y mejorar esa misma técnica.
Hi friends of Street Workout Community (SWC), in this opportunity I share with you some pictures that I took in a day of my training where I practiced some static techniques such as the full plancha which is my favorite, the handstand with one hand, the front lever and others. I call them soft statics because they are tricks that I master and I execute them with variations to create difficulty and master them even more, that's why I call it a soft training because I only practice the techniques and skills that I already have just to perfect and improve that same technique.
