When i go to Netherlands i ask from my friend and also my muse to take some photos
She is not a model but she is one of the best girls i have ever shot!
she is amazingly beautiful and she has amazing expretions
in this photo setup we had in a hotels room i used only the ambient light
The hotel had giant windows and blackout courtains, so
the window for me it was a giant softbox and the courtains my flags to block the
light and have loght from anywhere i wanted, the weather was cloudy and in these
nothern countries the sun is on a low position all the time, this means that the light
was just perfect!
to get some color and fill in the shadows i uses the rooms artificial light, it also gave me a great atmoshere
and color, the cold light from the windows was matching perfect with the warm hotel's room lights
then i did some retouching on photoshop, some colorgrading, fiters and thats it
for this shooting i used the Nikon D5 and two lenses the 85mm 1.8 and the 35mm 1.4
