Meaning: It is in moments of crisis that we exhibit the utmost unity. For the people of Barpak, this was true of their homes too. As the ground shook violently that bloody day, their homes stood in unison, trying to support each other. Despite the horrors of the earthquake, the residents of the village managed to stand strong even while their homes collapsed and casualties mounted.
