Yesterday, I wrote about one of the issues today's youth is facing, which is anxiety. I realized that, I have pinned out one issue and just talked about it. But I forgot there are many people out there in the world who don't even know how anxiety feels like. Trust me, you guys are very lucky to not face that.

So, today I thought to talk about something which is very common… ”Stress”. It is so common that people use it as a trend :-p. Like, if there is even a little more workload on a particular day, they say, “I am so stressed out today at work”. Right? Now, think about the time during the 2000s. People hardly used words like stress, anxiety and depression.

Now, as these words are frequently used, so are people suffering from them. Yes, frequently using and repeating the same thing again and again, be it consciously or unconsciously, causes that thing to happen.

I am sure you all might be aware of the term “Affirmation”. This is the exact thing many people have been doing without even knowing it. The way affirmation works for positive thoughts, it also works for the negative thoughts. That’s because the human mind cannot differentiate between a positive or negative thought.

Hmm.. Let’s try something.. Sit down on a couch and keep repeating “I am feeling tired” for about 10-15 minutes. Slowly, you will see that you have started feeling tired actually. And, yeah, if this doesn’t work for you, then try some other affirmations repeatedly for a few days. You will surely see the results.

As affirmation changes the belief system in your subconscious mind, you start believing the statements that you have been repeating. You start thinking that it is true and then that eventually happens.

So, if you want to bring positive change to your life, start with affirmations. I would recommend a few affirmations below that could be beneficial for everyone according to me in today’s time.

“I am a calm and peaceful soul”
“I am a powerful soul”
“I am blissful and happy”
“I am grateful for everything that I have”

These are a few affirmations which are easy to remember and can bring many positive changes in your life.
