bug found in Batch Uninstaller app ( rate us button is not working )

Expected behavior

according to my knowledge when i click on the rate us button open the play store with Batch Uninstaller app and i rate us this application

Actual behavior

after open the application when i click on Rate us button the Rate Us button of Batch Uninstaller application is not working properly you can see in bug video

How to reproduce

• download and open the app
• click on 3 vertical dots
• click on rate us button
• note the bug
• Browser: Batch Uninstaller Version 0.9
• Operating system: android version 4.4.2
• smart phone GALAXY Note 3
