The car? The Aspark Owl
This is the World's premiere of Japanese brand going into the electric hypercars with this Aspark Owl. Aspark brand was developing the Owl since 2014 and presented it at the Frankfurt Motor Show in 2017 as the fastest EV, faster than Bugatti Chiron, Porsche 918 Spyder or LaFerrari.
It is powered by supercapacitors and batteries to provides 300 volt 2.000 AMP system for its four-wheel drive.

The Owl flies fast on the track, from 0 to 100 km/h (0 - 60 mph) in 1.921s.
Announced to be a bit faster than the Tesla Roadster but not for the same price.
