The car? The Plymouth Road Runner
The first version was released on the market in 1968, the one showed here is from 1970.
Different engines were available but the most powerful was HEMI 7.0L V8 435 HP and could be installed for 715 USD in 1970, today if we only take into account the inflation, this option would cost about 4600 USD (due to a cumulative rate of inflation of more than 500% since 1970...).
The road runner was very well accepted on the market due to its relation between a low price for an amazing power.
