It is a phenomenon that occurs when the demands of life are perceived as too difficult. The person feels anxious and tense, and this increases their heart rate.

We currently live with a common health problem known as covid-19. This virus and its consequences have drastically changed the lives of all of us: children, young people, adults and the elderly.
Stress becomes the body's response to external conditions that disturb people's emotional balance, resulting in a desire to flee or confront the situation.
Stress is a stimulus that attacks us emotionally or physically, whether real or perceived as such.
Stress can provoke: tension, anxiety, and different physiological, psychological, and behavioral responses of a person seeking to adapt and readjust to both internal and external pressures.
Stress is caused by the body's instinct to protect itself, as well as a response to daily life challenges and changes; among its symptoms we find.

  • The heart since it beats strong and fast.
  • The mind increases alertness.
  • The senses are sharpened.

In responses and through the secretion of substances such as adrenaline produced by the adrenal glands located at the upper end of the kidneys.
But let us not enter into anguish, God says that we are anxious for nothing, we leave all our burdens to Him, it is up to us to trust his word.
Proverbs 18:14 “A man's mind will bear his sickness; but who will support the anguished spirit? ”.
