We cannot ignore that a great recommendation from God is that the end of the business is better than its beginning. Therefore, it is important to always finish the things we start.
If God began a work in us, he will surely finish it. In Hebrews 3:14, it says:
Because we are made participants of Christ, as long as we maintain our confidence in the firm beginning to the end.
In Hebrews 10:35, the author says:
Don't lose your trust, which has a great reward.
Another word in Hebrews 6:11 says:
But we want each of you to show the same request until the end, with total certainty of hope.
All the verses presented above are worthy of being taken seriously and that we meditate on them. God is not interested in starting things that we never finish. It is easy to start, but it takes courage to finish. When we start something new, we are always excited. Our emotions and those of others support us. When those emotions leave, we are left with hard work and the need for great patience, and thus we discover who really has what it takes to succeed.
For God we will never succeed if we stop halfway. He wants us to finish and do it with joy!
If you have recently been tempted to give up, don't do it! If you do not finish what you are doing, you will face many challenges in the next task you begin.
Many people spend their lives starting new things and never end anything. Let's make the decision to be more than simple statistical data that never reach their potential.
We can start by faith, but we are supposed to live by faith and faith (Romans 1:17). In other words, we will have many low moments along the way, which will require more faith each time. God is always raising us. It never goes back, it never goes down! He always calls us to go higher. We must leave life flat and go to higher places. We must live by faith and by faith, and not by faith and by doubts and disbelief and then return to a smaller faith.
