My eldest son woke up feeling unwell; he was dizzy and didn’t feel like moving much, though fortunately he felt better during the day and went about his usual activities.
The problem was that in the evening, the little one started feeling unwell too, but in his case, he had vomiting and a slight fever. Of course, they both stayed at home, resting and keeping hydrated, whilst I went to work, as there was no one else to cover my duties.
Fortunately, when I got back, they were both fine, but we stuck to a liquid diet to avoid any relapses.

Mi hijo mayor amaneció con malestar, estaba mareado y con pocas ganas de moverse, aunque por fortuna, durante el día mejoró e hizo sus actividades cotidianas.
Lo malo fue que por la noche, el pequeño comenzó con malestar, pero en su caso, vinieron vómitos y algo de fiebre. Por supuesto, ambos quedaron en casa, recostados y con algo de hidratación, mientras yo fui a trabajar, pues no tenía quien cubriera mis obligaciones.
Afortunadamente, cuando volví estaban bien los dos, pero mantuvimos dieta líquida para evitar recaídas.
