Today I only worked until 2 pm and then spent the rest of the day at home resting, mainly because I clocked up 11 km yesterday whilst working as a supervisor at the supermarket where I work.
It’s something I’m quite good at, but I still find it a bit demanding, as there are so many things to keep an eye on.
I reached 6,864 steps today, which isn’t a bad figure, but I’m not going to bother trying to reach 10K, as the body needs a rest too.

Día de descanso
Hoy solo trabajé hasta las 14:00 y luego en casa me dediqué a descansar, sobre todo porque durante mi jornada de ayer alcancé los 11K, porque me dejaron de encargada en el supermercado donde trabajo.
Es algo que domino bien, pero que igualmente me resulta un tanto comprometedor, pues son muchas cosas para estar pendiente.
En los pasos de hoy llegué a 6.864, que no es una mala cifra, pero no me voy a molestar en llegar a los 10K, pues el cuerpo también necesita reposo.
