Today I am excited to share with you a series of black and white photographs that I will be using as an entry for the #Monomad Challenge contest....
The the day before yesterday and yesterday I was accompanying my friend Juan and documenting his personal challenge, which was to complete the Ironman Challenge 2 times in a row.
It was a hard physical and mental challenge but Juan is a WARRIOR and he was able to complete it within the regulation time.

Hoy estoy emocionado de compartir con ustedes una serie de fotografías en blanco y negro que usaré como entrada al concurso #Monomad Challenge....
Antier y ayer estuve acompañando a mi amigo Juan y documentando su reto personal, que fue completar el Ironman Challenge 2 veces seguidas.
Fue todo un reto físico y mental pero Juan es todo un GUERRERO y pudo completarlo dentro del tiempo reglamentario.
These are some photos that I took during the cycling stage, which consisted of 180 kilometers under a blazing sun, we were at a temperature of 38 degrees, which made this challenge even more difficult.
Estas son algunas fotos que tomé durante la etapa del ciclismo, la cual consistió en 180 kilómetros bajo un sol abrasador, estuvimos a una temperatura de 38 grados, lo cual hizo este desafío incluso mas difícil.
In order not to suffer from hyperthermia and to be able to endure under this almost extreme heat, every 15 km Juan made a stop to pour ice water over his body so he could cool off and continue.
Para no sufrir de Hipertermia y poder aguantar bajo este calor casi extremo, cada 15 km Juan hacía una parada para echarse agua con hielo sobre el cuerpo y así poder refrescarse y continuar.
I was in a car with Juan's wife who was in charge of hydration and logistics, my girlfriend who helped prepare the water pots and handle them, and my friend 
All of us followed them closely to make sure everything went well and we were also recording the content along the way.
Yo iba en un carro Con la esposa de Juan quien estaba encargada de la Hidratación y la logística, Mi novia que ayudaba a preparar los potes de agua, y mi amigo
Todos nosotros los seguíamos de cerca asegurarnos que todo saliera bien y también íbamos grabando el contenido en el camino.
