I have spent many hours over the last 3 years making new friends online, some of which are from Nigeria.
My main purpose being educating people about blockchain and the use cases for cryptocurrencies, some of these people who I introduced to bitcoin and such have been writing to me asking for guidance.
I dont think this ban on cryptocurrencies in Nigeria will have any real impact but who knows maybe this firewall created by central banks will do enough damage to delay the bitcoin effect in this potential economic powerhouse.
