But due to a coronal mass ejection (CME) left the sun on June 28th we are witing some storm tomorrow. This CME is expected to reach Earth on July 2nd ( see video) .

NOAA forecasters estimate a 45% chance of G1-class geomagnetic storms when the CME arrives. High latitude sky watchers should be alert for auroras, especially in the southern hemisphere where winter darkness favors visibility.
