It's raining almost the whole day. We've visited a friend of mine whose suffering from a serious illness. We wanted to comfort her, she cried when we hug her. I cried as well. I don't know how exactly she feels, but I'm always praying for her fast recovery.
In their house, there are apparatus to have a good health. They have a machine like ceragem, it massages your whole body. But of course I need to have a little warm up.. haha. Then I tried it. And after that I walk around for ny exercise and drink water. Finally, I feel tiredand took a nap.
