Hello everyone, and welcome back to another article.
Us, as humans, tend to find our insecurities as points of weaknesses, wether it’s within ourselves or others. We tend to view our insecurities in a negative light, and see every flaw that makes up that insecurity a monstrosity. But today, I want to bring upon a new light, one that will show that our insecurities can be beneficial, beautiful, and can lead you upon a wonderful journey to loving and discovering yourself.
--------Our Insecurities create individuality---------
As stated before, we are always looking at our insecurities as something wrong with us. However, that is not the case. Rather than looking at our insecurities as negatives of ourselves, try looking at them as a painted stroke of a paintbrush, creating individuality. They create the stunning masterpieces that we all are, and sets us off from others, creating a beautiful, unique variation within our communities.
--------Insecurities teach self love and confidence----------------
Our insecurities can be seen as teachers and a way of enlightening ourselves through self-love and confidence. Our flaws can teach us to see the hidden stories and beauty within each of them, and teach us to wear them like crowns, and with confidence. And with those two lessons it teaches us, can help us accomplish so much more within our lives.
---------Insecurities can be motivational----------------
Another positive within insecurities is that they can be seen as motivational. They can help motivate you to make a healthy change to your lifestyle. Sometimes, let’s say for example, if you have toxic friends who poke fun at your insecurities and makes you feel insecure around them, those insecurities can help you get rid of those toxic people. Insecurities can even help you gain bravery, to face them and banish them, allowing you to grow as a person.
Believe me, I know sometimes our insecurities can suck sometimes and be hard to handle. But rather then looking at them with a negative light, try to find the good within each of them. Remember, no one is perfect, and that’s what makes us all art.
