Today I want to share my favorite cosplays with you: the robes worn by students at Hogwarts, the School of Witchcraft and Wizardry that Harry Potter attends. Whether or not you are a fan of the saga, you may know that the color of the robes corresponds to the four Hogwarts houses; here, I’ll show you all of them and reveal my favorite—which matches the house I was sorted into according to the quiz on the Wizarding World website.
Hoy quiero presentarles mis cosplays favoritos, se trata de las túnicas que usan los estudiantes de Hogwarts, la escuela de Magia y Hechicería a la que asiste Harry Potter. Tanto si eres fan de la saga como si no quizá sepas que el color de las túnicas corresponde a las cuatro casas de Hogwarts, así que aquí te mostraré todas ellas y cuál es mi favorita, pues corresponde a mi casa predilecta de Hogwarts, según el test de la página de Wizarding World.
This is the robe for Hufflepuff, the house that values nobility and hard work; its signature colors are black and yellow, and its crest features a badger as its representative animal.
Esta es la túnica correspondiente a Hufflepuff, la casa que exalta la nobleza y el trabajo duro, sus colores característicos son el negro y el amarillo, su insignia tiene como animal representativo a un tejón.

So, I made an edit featuring him, too—hehe.
Este es el uniforme de Gryffindor, la casa de los valientes, los perseverantes, los que no se rinden, también de los impulsivos y arrojados, la jefa de casa es Minerva McGonagall y los colores representativos de esta casa son el dorado y el rojo, su animal representativo el león (Muay acertado, ¿no?) y desde luego es la casa más popular, no solo por ser la casa con magos y brujas más destacados, sino porque es la casa a la que pertenece ele protagonista de la saga, Harry Potter, así que también hice un edit con él, jeje
The Slytherin House uniform—representing the house of the cunning, those who get what they want without hesitation and regardless of the means—is controversial because it has produced the most dark wizards and witches and is the rival of Gryffindor House. Its signature colors are green and silver, and its identifying animal is the serpent (a very fitting choice, though a cat would have worked well too, hehe). Naturally, I couldn't pass up the chance to make an edit featuring the Head of House and my ultimate literary crush, haha 😄—Professor Severus Snape.
El uniforme de la casa Slytherin, la casa de los astutos, los que obtienen lo que quieren sin dudar y sin importar los medios que usan, es polémica porque ha sido la casa que ha dado más magos y brujas tenebrosos y es rival de la casa Gryffindor, sus colores representativos son el verde y el plata y el animal que los identifica es una serpiente (muy pero muy acertado, aunque un gato también hubiese venido bien, jeje) Obviamente yo no iba a perder la oportunidad de hacer un edit con el jefe de casa y mi mayor Crush literario, jaja 😄 el profesor Severus Snape.
But my absolute favorite is this one—the Ravenclaw house—since it’s my house (according to the Wizarding World quiz). It is the house for those who value culture and intelligence; in fact, our motto is: "Wit beyond measure is man's greatest treasure." The house colors are bronze and blue—and I think blue suits my hair better, haha 😄 Our Head of House is Professor Flitwick. The crest on the robe I’m wearing features a raven as the representative animal, though this has always sparked debate in the fandom; the books state it’s an eagle, but the movies took creative liberties by swapping the eagle for a raven—playing off the name "Ravenclaw" (Raven)—though I think I would have preferred an eagle, as it is in the original.
Pero mi favorito ante todo es este, el de la casa Ravenclaw, ya que es mi casa (según el test de Wizarding World) es la casa de los que valoran la cultura y la inteligencia, de hecho nuestro lema es: "El ingenio sin límites es el mayor tesoro del hombre" Los colores representativos de esta casa son el bronce y el azul, además el color azul creo que va mejor con mi cabello jeje 😄 Nuestro jefe de casa es el profesor Flittwick. La insignia de la túnica que estoy usando tiene a un cuervo como animal representativo, pero esto siempre ha generado polémica en el fandom, ya que el libro menciona que es un águila, sin embargo las películas se tomaron libertades creativas suplantando el águila por un cuervo, valiéndose además del nombre de la casa Ravenclaw (Raven = Cuervo) pero creo que yo hubiese preferido un águila como es originalmente.
