- Having experience as HRD Generalist min 4 years
- Have good understanding and knowledge about the Manpower Law
- Having a good understanding of hrd workflow includes recruitment process, employee development, payroll, industrial relations.
- Understand the procedure of obtaining permits and legality.
- Understand the scope of work of General Affairs and Asset Management.
