A rare Phayre's leaf monkey, locally known as chosma pora honuman, on a tree in Lawacharra forest in Kamalganj upazila of Moulvibazar. This is one of around 20 of the monkeys remaining in the forest. These primates, a species of old world monkeys, have decreased in numbers due to poaching and habitat destruction. The photo was taken last week.
