As with any competition, there will always be someone who is motivated to be the best out of the bunch!🤠
Congratulations, @anuk!
Taking advantage of the Equalizer ruleset, Anuk made the most of using low health AND low mana monsters to fill out his roster! The more monsters there are, the better the team!
Anuk's use of Soulstorm was very wise, as Soulstorm is not commonly used in the backline due to it being easily killed and sniped off due to its low base health, but thanks to the ruleset, Soulstorm is now a very good choice to put at the farthest as it is not as easily killed! What a brilliant move by Anuk!
In the end, overpowered by the supreme team composition, Anuk takes this win. 🔥
Hatdogsensei also chose a team with a higher combined health than the opponent's, which helped them win the battle.
Hatdogsensei's Katrela Gobson did the most damage and easily cleared the backline with its double sneak attack, easily taking out the opposing team's Magi of Chaos and Goblin Psychic, leaving the opposing team's tank supportless! Fantastic work, hatdogsensie! 💪
Despite the enemy having a bulky Cornealus with high health and heal, Sand Worm's 5 damage per round and ability to hit much earlier was enough to wipe out the enemy's backline.
The Gorlodon's attack and low speed also contributed significantly to angelinafia22's victory, as it easily handled the frontline! Smart moves, angelinafia22! 🔥
The enemy's Bortus worked well with Djinn Oshanus and Prismatic Energy, effectively reducing the damage dealt by nfteam0173's team, but... Even with all of those counters, they all fail to stop the most lethal combo known to the splinterlands community, Llama-Kron!
Surprisingly, the +2 health from the Llama buff was more than enough to deal with the enemy team!
The Llama buff helped nfteam0173's Mycelic Slipspawn by increasing its health to 13, making it more durable and effective at healing.
The enemy team never got past the Mycelic Slipspawn thanks to the two healers in the backline, Wood Nymph and Goblin Psychic, and Kron did not shine much in this battle.
The tactics of Nfteam0173 are fantastic! 🔥
For this battle, Bananofarmer used Grum Flameblade, a tank with relatively high armor and health as well as the ability Void Armor, a great counter against magic dealers, to anticipate that the enemy would use both magic and range dealing monsters.
Although bananofarmer used monsters with high health that didn't really benefit from the Equalizer ruleset, the buffs and abilities they provided were more than enough to counter the enemy team and compensate for the disadvantage.
Bananofarmer's Pyre's speed boost was extremely beneficial to the team; the increase in speed from 1 to 2 for Grum Flameblade, Chimney Wallstop, Caladium, and Sand Worm was critical to Bananofarmer's victory, as it reduced miss chances by nearly 50%, refer to miss chances here.
Awesome tactics and smart moves are essential for victory, and bananofarmer has done both admirably. Fantastic! 🔥
That's all for the recap guys, thanks for making it to the end! ♥
