Parece un simple trabalenguas, pero no lo es, somos nosotros quienes hacemos complicada la vida, ella en si en simple, bella y llena de luz si así lo deseas. Si él por contrario decides boicotearla y verla gris, no lograrás nada y solo verás obstáculos. Algunas personas son tan pero tan enrolladas, que ellas mismas deciden caerse sin que las empujen y pierden las esperanzas en el futuro.
A estas alturas de mi vida me di cuenta de que no vale la pena, estar todo el tiempo protestando por lo que fue., por lo que será, y buscándole las cinco patas al gato o contándole los pelos a las ranas. Solo tengo que pensar en mí. Quizás soy un poco egoísta, pero si yo no me quiero, nadie me va a querer. Si no me siento bien, no podre trazarme metas ni completar mi proyecto de vida.
Me gusta llevar mi vida tranquila y sin complicaciones. Pero, me cuesta porque hay personas a mí alrededor demasiados exigentes y perfectos, que pretenden que yo actué igual que ellos. A veces no se puede romper con estos y mandarlos al carajo. Trato de no estresarme y de no ponerme ansiosa. Creo que el problema radica en que no puedo decir No, en realidad si puedo, pero no debo.
Es por esta razón que digo que la vida no es light, a pesar de lo que digan los expertos en psicología, espiritualidad, karma y todo lo demás. Yo no sé nada de nada, pero creo que lo importante es que buscamos, ya que me incluyo en este grupo; las herramientas y técnicas para enfrentarla. Me he caído muchas veces y algunas de ellas por zancadilla de otros que solo desean ganar méritos con mi trabajo. Pero, de nada, vale llorar si no hay que actuar.
Analizando la frase, para mí, la vida es como queremos que sea y la construimos de la manera que deseamos. Muchas veces las cosas sencillas nos ayudan a alcanzar el bienestar y a no sentirnos agobiados, ansiosos y estresados. Entre estas está el contacto con la naturaleza, disfrutar del mar y de un café con amigos, tertulia, caminar, bailar y sobre todo dejar de complicarse por todo.
Creo que la vida no necesita ser fácil, ya que al final sería entonces un total aburrimiento. Wuao hacer todos los días las mismas cosas, sin la sal que le da sabor, condimenta y ni un toque especial. Sin obstáculos ni complicaciones. Las personas se fastidiarían de tanta monotonía. En realidad, prefiero trabajar para hacer posible mis sueños y construir mi vida que sentarme a ver la vida pasar.
¡Aburrida!….
A veces me siento preocupada por las locuras que invento y mi manera de ver la vida, pero después veo que mis amigas piensan como yo y se me pasa. Cada mañana, tengo la certeza de que toda cambiara para mejor, y que cada amanecer es una nueva ilusión. Sobre todo, entiendo que quizás en algún momento yo soy la complicada.
A veces trato en lo posible por evitar actuar así, y poder vivir en paz y dejar que las cosas fluyan. Sé que vale la pena tratar de cambiar y dejar de boicotearme.

Amigos de #Hive, los invito a que busquen en las cosas simples el equilibrio y bienestar. Traten de construir una vida bonita, aprender a decir que sí se puede y trabajar por sus sueños. Sobre todo no le busque cinco patas al gato porque puede conseguirla la adicional. ¿De qué sirve preocuparse y complicarse la vida? Cálmese, sonría, agradezca y verán que todo se soluciona.

It seems a simple tongue twister, but it is not, we are the ones who make life complicated, it is simple, beautiful and full of light if you wish. If, on the contrary, you decide to boycott it and see it as gray, you will not achieve anything and you will only see obstacles. Some people are so, but so, so rolled up, that they themselves decide to fall without being pushed and lose hope in the future.
At this point in my life I realized that it is not worth it, to be all the time protesting for what was, for what will be, and looking for the five legs to the cat or counting the hairs on the frogs. I just have to think of myself. Maybe I'm a little selfish, but if I don't love myself, nobody will love me. If I don't feel good, I won't be able to set goals or complete my life project.
I like to lead my life calmly and without complications. But, it is difficult for me because there are people around me who are too demanding and perfect, who expect me to act just like them. Sometimes you can't break away from them and send them to hell. I try not to stress myself out and not to get anxious. I think the problem lies in the fact that I can't say No, actually I can, but I shouldn't.
It is for this reason that I say that life is not light, despite what experts in psychology, spirituality, karma and all the rest say. I don't know anything about anything, but I think the important thing is that we seek, as I include myself in this group; the tools and techniques to face it. I have fallen down many times and some of them because of others who only want to gain merits with my work. But it's no use crying if you don't have to act.
Analyzing the phrase, for me, life is the way we want it to be and we build it the way we want it to be. Many times simple things help us to achieve wellbeing and not to feel overwhelmed, anxious and stressed. Among these is the contact with nature, enjoying the sea and a coffee with friends, chatting, walking, dancing and above all stop being complicated by everything.
I believe that life does not need to be easy, because in the end it would then be a total bore. Wuao do every day the same things, without the salt that gives flavor, spice and not a special touch. No hindrances, no complications. People would get annoyed with such monotony. Actually, I'd rather work to make my dreams possible and build my life than sit back and watch life go by.

Sometimes I feel worried about the crazy things I make up and the way I look at life, but then I see that my friends think like me and I get over it. Every morning, I have the certainty that everything will change for the better, and that every dawn is a new illusion. Above all, I understand that maybe at some point I am the complicated one.
Sometimes I try as much as possible to avoid acting like this, and to be able to live in peace and let things flow. I know that it is worth trying to change and stop boycotting myself.
