This time I again had the opportunity to write about our furry tailed friends. We met them during a vacation trip to the Dead Sea.
in the first photo you see the boldest of them. In fact, we met a whole crowd of street cats who live at hotels on the Dead Sea.
Military operations in our country continue and this cannot but affect our well-being. Stress makes itself known, so we decided to take the opportunity to go on a “high day” - to visit the spa center of one of the hotels on the Dead Sea.
You can use the hotel spa, swim in the outdoor pool (this time it was cold and only one person dared to do it) and have lunch in the hotel dining room. And where there is food, there are, of course, cats. People who work in hotels in the kitchen always take something for the hotel street cats to feed them when they return home. These workers live in nearby cities and travel to work in hotels every day on workers' buses. Street cats are always waiting for them at the bus stop. So when we came to the stop to return home, who do you think met us there? Well, of course, cats!
There were many cats; We didn’t have time to photograph them all because they were constantly moving. And since it was already evening and it was dark, the photographs did not turn out well.
The cats meowed and asked for treats, but we had nothing to give them. But they didn’t come close to us. And only one cat turned out to be very brave.
She gradually began to approach our bags on the bench.
We tried not to scare her and she came very close.
Very beautiful girl, isn't she? What a pity that we didn’t have anything tasty for her and her other friends.
Cats can be found at every hotel on the Dead Sea. This is a common occurrence. They are fed and taken care of. The fact is that cats catch scorpions, snakes, etc., of which there are many in the area of the Judean Desert on the coast of the Dead Sea. After all, a desert is a desert with all its inhabitants. Therefore, street or hotel cats have a very responsible and dangerous job of catching them. This is why cats are respected!
