When you try to get the life you want, you have to delegate activities that we are not happy with and do only what you love. There are three important secrets to know when delegating work to others.

1. The person for you are working with needs to be thoroughly trained in the time and energy required.
2. The task must be completely delegated.
3. Establish a reporting or inspection system.
