Always look for new choir members. It
takes a long time to build a strong choir that
will last. You have to share your vision of a larger
and more effective choir with the choir
you have now. Ask the choir members to
pray that additional people will be added
to the music ministry on a daily/weekly basis. Organise musical concerts that would attract people to join the choir. Sing songs that would motivate people to join the choir. Learn both simple and difficult songs. Try and know the drawbacks of your choir. Dress code and code of conduct should be taken into consideration. The way your choir appears on Sundays matters a lot.
